This study examines the ayat Qur'an which have an interpretation of Soul Resilience. Humans basically develop and grow according to their needs desires. But not infrequently there are humans who able adapt in new environment, with demands responsibilities. Therefore, many cases suicide because they unable or individuals always slow adapting. By using Library Research method, this research will examine verses that contain substance soul resilience. From resulted a finding, including containing Resilience contained Surah al-A'rah 50 regarding emotional regulation, al-A'raf 10 impulse control, az -Zumar 53 on optimism, an-Nisa' 8 empathy, al-Imran 160 self-efficacy al-Hasyr 18 reaching out.
